Today we made it very easy for your property management firm to self syndicate (advertise) your listings on several of the major free listing services such as CraigsList, BackPage, OLX, etc... We have had this feature internally for a long time but it was not available to the public. Now you can use the same tools we do to very quickly advertise your rental and sales listings. When you click on 'Apartments for Rent' from the home page, the next page that opens will list all of the rentals. In this listing each unit now has a link called 'syndicate'. Click on this link and you are taken to a page that has code you can simply cut and paste into each of the major free listing service sites. Internally our staff is able to very quickly advertise a listing across multiple sites giving us great exposure for each rental. Introduce your staff to this new feature and give it a try yourself. If you have been manually advertising on the free search engines I am sure you will love this new feature. The code you cut and paste is unique to each listing service. The result is a nicely formated ad containing a full description and photos of each rental you post. This is all done for you so it is a great utility I am sure you will appreciate.
