Online Payments require PayPal Business Account

Online payments must be configured by IPM for your business. You will need a PayPal Business account to which you want tenant payments deposited. Once you have this PayPal account our staff will be able to configure the IPM software to deposit you tenant payments directly into your PayPal account. Tenants are charged a 3% fee to cover PayPal charges. Funds are directly deposited into your PayPal account. This allows tenants to use a variety of payment methods and you receive payment quickly. An additional benifit is that when the tenant makes online payments they are automatically recorded in the IPM software accounting system automatically! This is a very nice feature if the tenant community is willing to pay the extra 3% for this service.
