Multiple Owner Properties now Supported

IPM now supports true multiple owner properties. Each property and each unit within the property can be configured with either one owner or as many owners as needed to adequately define the property. The determining factor is how many people/owners need access to the data being archived by your management firm regarding the property. If it is a single owner home this is simple you have one owner. However, if the property is owned by a corporate entity then many individuals may need access to the information you are archiving regarding the property on a daily basis.
